The Two-Finger Point: The only place in the world this is used is
by flight attendants on airplanes to designate where the exit doors
are. It is a constant of the universe. The two-hand, two-finger
pointing gesture is used over the shoulders for the front doors,
angled out front for the side doors, and the dual-motion straight and
out for the back doors. However, you really don’t have any better
idea of where the doors are (except front, middle, back) despite the
authoritative hand gesture. They could just tell us and things would
be the same.
